Race Weekend Details
Packet Pickup
NOTE: participants must show their ID at packet pick-up in order to get their packets. No exceptions.
Friday packet pick-up is from 3-7pm. Gordy's Showroom. 320 Lake Street Fontana, WI
Course talks on Friday, at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. (Scheduled for 1/2 hour each) Cobalt Lounge in Gordy's 336 Lake Street Fontana, WI
Saturday packet pick-up is from 5:15-6:30am. Gordy's Showroom. 320 Lake Street Fontana, WI
Transition area opens up at 5:30am and closes at 6:45am for both races
Saturday warm-up swim: 6:35am-6:50am
Saturday morning Pre-Race briefing: 6:50am on the beach near the swim start
Race Course closes at 12:30pm
Sprint Athletes will be able to pick up their bikes and gear after the last Olympic biker finishes
Wave Starts TBD closer to race day
Special Saturday morning service! Many thanks to The Coffee Mill, who will be providing for purchase, delicious hot and cold beverages, awesome bakery and service with a smile!!! They will be located near the Gazebo in the park near the Finish Line starting at 5:30am. Best coffee and bake shop for miles around!
Other Details
- Aid stations on run course every 1.5 miles with water and Gatorade.
- Bike racking is same day as the race
Post Race Food and Party
There will be a Post Race Party with food, beverage and music starting at 9:30 am Race Day
The Big Foot Lions Club will be hosting the athlete meal with food and beverage plus additional food and drink for purchase!
It's going to be a great party before the Awards Ceremony!!
